Religion - This week we will be completing chapter 13 - Advent. We will be talking about what it means to wait and prepare. We wil discuss how Jesus is the God's greatest gift. We will also discuss how Mary is Jesus mother.
ELA - The letter of the week is B. This week we will identify words that start and end with B. We will create a list of words that start with B. We will complete the phonics pages for letter B. We will practice proper handwriting for upper and lower case B. We will continue with journal writing activities. We will also be reviewing sight words. We will be using sight words to complete sentences.
Math - This week we will continue with chapter 5. We will be comparing and ordering the numbers 1-10. We will also be learning how to use tally marks to count and track data. The children will be taking surveys and using tally marks to track their data.
